I have never baked this delicious brioche as I these little ramekins not have and because Steph had the fantastic idea that small brioche Muffin tins in to bake .. Well you have come only sometimes on it.

100g butter, softened 1 egg yolk
+ 2 tablespoons milk to brush Stir
