Two kinds of granola bars



today I am at two different times Granola bars attempts that have been baked one, the others provided only cold ..
both taste very much, are the baked something solid, dry and nutty in flavor, the others are soft and very rich.

cereal bars with cranberries from the oven




Ingredients:
160 g oatmeal
4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
4 tbsp sesame 4 tablespoons flaxseed
100 g cranberries
100 g oat flakes
50 g butter
10 tablespoons lukewarm water
10 tablespoons sugar syrup
Melt butter in a large saucepan with the syrup and water and let boil, add the remaining ingredients to and shortly let caramelize.

bring granola bars in pan and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking sheet 20 minutes at 160 degrees. (With caution quickly too dark!!)

ingredients :
200 g butter
50 g brown sugar
150 g Zuckerrübenirup
400 g polynuclear oatmeal
200 g cranberries
1 pinch salt
juice of 1 / 2 lemon


butter with sugar and syrup in a large pot melt, boil again with lemon juice then add remaining ingredients and to Stir for 10 minutes caramelize.

both varieties are beautifully packaged and preserved in a biscuit tin for a few weeks.
