Often I read about it, I thought made but never found the time to establish itself granulated vegetable stock.
has grabbed me yesterday but the desire and in consideration of different recipes and many tips and tricks meant love has shown that prescription.
For my vegetarian friends love is hereby given that the security of any animal fats or additives are not like to eat :-)
and this experiment is made for the current blog post, because I would like to continue to additives, flavor enhancer even if they are called fashionable "yeast extract" and do without other color additives!
Ingredients:
600g carrots
200g leeks
2 large onions
300g celery
400g broccoli
200g parsley root
2 red peppers
30 g sep. Tomatoes
1 bunch parsley with stems 1 large
garlic cloves
150g sea salt 1 tablespoon
lovage, dried chop
small all ingredients (except for the lovage + salt) in a food processor.
Cross out three baking sheets with parchment paper. let

I do not have the coffee grinder and dried vegetables "only" be in the mixer circuits.
I think it is, not so bad if when you can still see a few pieces of vegetables!
