roast turkey with vegetables and cream sauce
today we've had roast turkey, and since the time I sooo like vegetables I have a sizzling vegetables and cream sauce to it.
sear a roast turkey kl. diced onion, carrot and celery give a piece to just fry and pour in 200ml of white wine.
500 ml vegetable stock, and let it cook in the oven at 170 degrees completed.
the meat from the sauce and allow to rest wrapped in foil in the oven turned off.
100ml cream to the sauce with salt, pepper and red pepper puree and season.
Even my blackheads has not disturbed the vegetables ... , there was boiled dumplings.
